The restaurant has a friendly yet sophisticated atmosphere. Going for a tour of the tea factory to see the whole process of tea manufacture, from leaf to bags, you can then try tasting many of the teas in the restaurant overlooking the plantation with a beautiful landscape and vegetation.
You may choose not to do the tour of the tea making and museum as well and only visit the restaurant for lunch.
It offers the very best of the local Mauritian cuisine prepared from the finest local products. The menu is imaginative with the restaurant using tea leaves in certain dishes. Its such a refreshing take on your average dining experience. It is open for lunch only.
Their famous specialties which need tasting are:
