Located in Albion, Wave Lounge is one of the few restaurants on the island offering a large choice of tasty international cuisine alongside traditional choices from our local cuisine. It goes from Tapas to Pizzas with some pure Mauritian cuisine.
The restaurant’s varied menu card is sure to satisfy each and every one with starters such as Spanish tapas and more traditional ones such as prawns, chicken satay and carpaccio, you’ll have a lot of choice for the main course with seafood, chicken, beef and lamb offers, as well as pizzas, pasta, and burgers. The seafood card is certainly a must try. For those of you who prefer the traditional local cuisine, don’t worry, the Chef has not forgotten about you, offering typical Mauritian dishes such as ‘Rougaille Poisson Salé’, ‘Vindaloo’, and ‘La Daube Poule’ to name only a few. On Friday nights there is happy hour from 17:30 to 20:00 usually followed by live music which gives the restaurant a special lovely vibe.
