It is open every day but it is compulsory to make reservations 24 hours in advance prior to coming. They serve a delicious Mauritian curry prepared with a free range chicken and served with delicious farata and side dishes such as mashed pumpkin, rice and lentils.
You will also be able to taste various local chutneys depending on the season. Prema, the cook has her well kept secret concerning her hand made masala which makes it one of the best on the island. The menu is prepared from fresh vegetables and herbs picked from the property’s own garden.
