季節によってさまざまな地元のチャツネも味わうことができます。シェフのプレマは、手作りのマサラについて秘密を守っており、島で最高のものの一つにしています。メニューは、敷地内の自家菜園で採れた新鮮な野菜とハーブから準備されています。
