Bistro Barbu
Situated in the center of Curepipe, Bistrot Barbu will seduce you with its rustic Chic set-up and lively atmosphere. The place is quite small in size, but we think that’s what makes it all the more charming. It offers an informal and immediately friendly atmosphere.
Barbu means ‘Bearded’ in English and to best represent its name, there are numerous pictures of bearded men in the deco.
You will treat your taste buds with its amazing menu: tapas, mixed salads, sandwiches, burgers, beef, lamb, homemade fries, french toast. Their burgers (beef and lamb) are definitely among the best on the island.
The Burger Barbu is a must have. Tapas lovers will definitely enjoy their starters. Their fresh lemonades and desserts are little wonders as well. The menu also offers traditional fish & chips which is perfect for kids.

To delight the most gourmet, crispy and melting waffles, light crepes and milkshakes with original flavors is served between meals from Monday to Saturday, in the morning from 09:30 to 11:30 and the afternoon from 14:30 to 18:00 ... Come and enjoy them!
