It was such a wholesome experience for our first time dining here ! We left smiling and satisfied with the service and of course, it’s a time to remember and hopefully in our next visit, Roy and Team will still be here to assist us :) Service: We got our food and drinks one after the other, on time despite the busy times, the manager, Roy did not hesitate to collaborate with his staff and personally take our orders and serve us. He was very friendly, cheerful and attention to detail type of person. Thaneesha provided outstanding service as well : very graceful lady and has excellent people skills. The mentality overall deserves a loud applause. We felt very warmly welcomed and appreciated. We could tell the staff was enjoying their work as well, there was not pressure on them, they were willing to provide the best service to each and every customer and that’s the kind of environment clients deserve. Food quality: We ordered caprese salad for starters, margarita pizzas for main course and the white chocolate with raspberry sorbet dessert - fantastic choice ! The taste and texture of the food was smooth, lightweight and fulfilling, exactly what customers look for. Hygiene: Impeccable! We sat by the table with the beach view. They cleaned the tables with neat table cloths after every guest and placed fresh clean cutlery. There were no food flies around or any insects which is usually expected due to the hot weather. We hope to see you guys again soon when we revisit Mauritius next time to enjoy the same quality service from the team.
We had the most wonderful experience at the Zest Mediterranean Restaurant in the hotel, and I truly want to express my heartfelt appreciation. World-Class Dining with Executive Chef Jean Christophe & Chef Ashley! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our visit to Zest was an absolute highlight. It is clear that the culinary leadership of Executive Chef Jean Christophe (overseeing both Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa and Dinarobin Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa) combined with the talent of Paradis Beachcomber Chef de Cuisine Ashley creates a standard that is hard to beat. Especially the dreamy tables right on the beach at lunchtime offer a breathtaking setting. We started with an excellent sparkling wine, followed by superb wines that were perfectly paired with our menu. The food was simply outstanding: The Burrata was incredibly fresh and creamy. The Spaghetti Vongole were authentic and cooked to perfection. The Sea Urchin Pasta was a true masterpiece and a taste sensation! For the crowning finale, we had the Floating Island (Île Flottante) – light as air and heavenly. The service was equally world-class: Jean Paul and Dhondee looked after us with such warmth and professionalism. They truly represent the heart of the Beachcomber spirit. Conclusion: A dream location, fantastic food by Chef Ashley and Jean Christophe, and an unbeatable service team. Thank you, Jean Paul and Dhondee, for these unforgettable moments!
We came here while staying at the resort with half board. There were plenty of appetizers and dishes on the menu included for no charge. The Caprese, Hummus and Baba Ganoush were phenomenal as were the main dishes and desserts. We also had a guest staying with us and the restaurant owner didn't charge her for dinner!
