I recently dined at Tide Restaurant in Long Beach and had a very enjoyable experience. The setting is elegant with a beautiful waterfront view that creates a calm and refined atmosphere. The team surprised us with a special anniversary dinner at Tides Restaurant, complete with a beautifully prepared menu that made our evening extra special. So I really liked the food! It was amazing. But the service was very slow. The thing that we waited sooo long for our food. I didn’t really understand it. It was not full.. so the overbooked I didn’t understand actually. Also we gave them the payment and it took very long to get the change. But all in one the Service was very nice to us.
We visited this resort to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and the team at Tides made it an absolutely unforgettable experience. They went above and beyond by arranging a deeply romantic dinner for us. Since our table was in a secluded, quiet area, they thoughtfully brought out a portable speaker to set the perfect mood. To top it off, we were deeply touched by the personalized menu prepared especially for our milestone. A special thank you goes to Elvish and Chirag. From their warm greeting to their flawless wine pairing recommendations, their professionalism and attentiveness were second to none. What impressed us most was that every single staff member here genuinely seems happy, which speaks volumes about the resort’s hospitality. We are already planning to return for our next anniversary. Thank you for making our special day so magical!
Service: amazing Presentation: amazing Food: looked so delicious but must admit the chicken & herb breast was a bit overcooked & a little dry, would have loved more of the glazed sauce. The spaghetti was delicious. We also enjoyed their desserts (banana and coconut ice cream, chocolate raspberry with mango sorbet)
