It's impossible to understand the very negative reviews sometimes posted!! The buffet is very generous and varied, allowing you to diversify your meals while taking into account any allergies, in a pleasant, shaded setting for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with a welcome musical ambiance. The staff is friendly. After your meal, all you have to do is cross the road to lay your towel by the ocean or enjoy the pool. 👍👍👍
Where to begin… Let’s be clear. The setting is quite lovely, and unfortunately, that’s the only positive thing about this establishment. The service is appalling. The coordinator, in particular, repeatedly made inappropriate remarks to us. Being on vacation is supposed to be a time for relaxation, not a source of constant stress or annoyance. Fortunately, there was one exception: a woman who spoke only English, who was very kind, helpful, and professional. This is the only reason I’m not giving it the lowest rating. And seeing this person being reprimanded inappropriately by the coordinator was shocking. As for the rest: • You have to get up yourself to order a drink, both in the restaurant and at the bar. • The atmosphere is oppressive; you can clearly tell that no one wants to work. • The food is bad, the desserts uninteresting. • The fruit is always the same, with no variety. A hotel advertised as 3 stars clearly doesn't deserve this rating. I'm giving it 2 stars, solely for the setting and for one friendly employee. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and even less so its restaurant. P.S.: There are no facilities for changing a child's diaper; you have to do it on a sofa in full view of everyone.
