Description
Begin with panoramic views and a walk around the summit of Trou aux Cerfs volcano. Then visit the sacred lake of Grand Bassin via the Mare-aux-Vacoas reservoir.
Continue to Black River Gorges National Park to explore endemic flora and fauna. Drive through Plaine des Champagnes and see Alexandra Falls.
At Chamarel, taste a variety of rums at the local rum factory before lunch in the village. Afterwards, visit the geological site of the 7 Colored Earths, see giant tortoises, and take in a panoramic view from Case Noyal viewpoint.
