Ocean Villas
Here you have the luxury of eating where and when you want. You can go self-catering, or alternatively book bed and breakfast or a half-board package. There is a Dine-in, Dine-out package which is great for those who want to go out to eat now and again. The hotel is 3-star and has its own beach.
ROOMS
There are 23 rooms here of many different categories. You will be spoilt for choice.
The beach room has a fantastic view of Grand Baie and the turquoise blue lagoon. These rooms are in the Ocean Beach wing and residents of these rooms have exclusive use of a swimming pool. They are also right by the beach so you can take a dip in the ocean.
The pool view rooms also have their own swimming pool and it’s only 20 seconds walk to the beach from here.
The charm room is situated in the beautiful surroundings of the garden and is big enough for three adults or two adults and two children.
All three of these rooms have air conditioning, a TV, and a mini fridge.
The basic rooms are on the roadside and have air conditioning and a TV. There is also free access to the main pool.
The family room has two bedrooms and a small living room. There is air conditioning, a TV, a fridge, and a microwave.
The self-catering apartments are large; 140m2, and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is air conditioning, a kitchen, fridge, and a microwave. You also get to have free access to the main pool.

RESTAURANTS & BAR
The restaurant, Le Chamarel, serves a buffet breakfast, an a la carte lunch, and a buffet or a la carte dinner.
Next to the restaurant is the Bottle Palm pool bar where you can indulge in a rum cocktail or a mocktail for the children. It’s open from 10 a.m. until 10.30 p.m.
SPA
There is a small spa with three treatment rooms and one hammam, or Turkish bath. Get ready to relax, be pampered, and forget all the worries you have on your shoulders.
The products used are all found locally and are fresh and natural. The ingredients come from coconuts, eucalyptus, ylang ylang, and frangipane essential oils.
ACTIVITIES
There are three swimming pools at Ocean Villas. For those of you who have had enough of sunbathing or sightseeing, there are activities on offer which should stop you from getting bored. There is a small boathouse which will entertain water lovers. You can have complimentary snorkelling, water skiing, a banana ride, and kayaks. Bi-weekly you can take a trip on a glass bottom boat.
At an extra cost you can go coral reef fishing and undersea walking.
There is a lovely sunset boat trip on offer which can be very romantic, and an island excursion to Ile d-Ambre. This is one of the small islands surrounding the Mauritian mainland and it is a wild sanctuary with breath-taking views, Visit the historic ruins dating back to 1750, see the volcanic crater, and visit a fresh water cave. Remember to bring your camera.
