Maritim Villas boast 160m2 of living area with two-bedrooms and a modern tropical décor. RESTAURANTS & BARS

The resort has five restaurants serving a wide range of cuisine with buffet style or a la carte service.

Belle Vue is the main buffet restaurant serving international cuisine with live cooking stations for all three meals; La Maree Beach Restaurant prepares casual food for all three meals; Le Banyan Asian Fusion Restaurant has Asian delights during the evening; Les Filaos Beach BBQ serves up BBQ for lunch as well as dinner; Lakaz Kreol specializes in Creole dishes for dinner and Chateau Mon Desir offers elegant gourmet dining for dinner.

There are two bars onsite which include La Maree Beach Bar and the Quarter Deck Bar which mixes up hand crafted libations.

SPA

The Maritim Tropical Flower Spa is a full service spa with 3,500m2 of tranquil space with fourteen rooms, three saunas, steam room, relaxation pool and a hair salon. The spa offers over 50 unique Ayurveda inspired treatments and massages.

GOLF

There is a 9-hole executive style golf course onsite designed by Graham Marsh. Tee times and transportation can be arranged by the concierges.

ACTIVITIES

Situated in Turtle Bay in the Balaclava area of the island, the resort has a nice stretch of white sand beach with plenty of complimentary beach equipment.

The property offers complimentary water sport activities that range from kayaking to snorkeling to stand-up paddleboarding to windsurfing and there are free glass bottom boat rides as well as beginning scuba diving lessons.

Land activities onsite include tennis, archery, beach volleyball, croquet field and miniature golf course for kids. The concierges can arrange for other land and water based adventures.

There is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun deck, a fitness centre and an equestrian centre. Guests also have access to a nature park, animal farm, the giant tortoise’s park and the historic ruins of Fort Balaclava.
