I recently visited XTense with my friends, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! From the warm welcome and refreshing drinks and refreshments to the serene atmosphere, everything was perfect. We had the most incredible massage—honestly, the best I have ever had. A huge thank you to Isabelle, who made all these possible & Alima, whose skill and care made the treatment truly special & magical for me. We also spent some time in the swimming pool; even though the water was quite cold, it was so refreshing and we enjoyed every moment of it. The entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming. A special mention to Isabelle,for creating such a wonderful space and ensuring everything runs so beautifully. This place is a gem, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. I took my mother-in-law to Xtense Spa for Mother’s Day with my boyfriend, and it was the perfect gift. She absolutely loved it and kept saying how relaxed she felt afterward. She even said it was the best gift she’s ever received. The atmosphere was calm, the staff were welcoming, and you could tell they really cared about making her experience special. Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Xtense Spa for a much-needed massage experience, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional — the welcoming atmosphere, the stunning view, the professionalism of the staff, and the quality of service made the experience absolutely unforgettable. I had the Signature Xtense Massage with Nishi, and I highly recommend her. Her technique, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. My whole body was aching before the treatment, and I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and renewed. If you are looking for a premium massage experience with excellent service and a beautiful ambiance, Xtense Spa is definitely the place to visit. Highly recommended ❤️🙏🏻
Good experience – lovely staff I booked via WhatsApp two days in advance. My appointment time was changed a few times, and on the day I received a message asking me to come at 4:00pm instead of the originally agreed time. When we arrived, we waited at the first reception desk for around 5–10 minutes before another customer walked past and let us know that we needed to turn right to reach the spa entrance. The entrance could be made clearer, as this was a little confusing and other customers mentioned the same thing. I booked the Hammam treatment. I was left in the Hammam room for around 10–15 minutes. I was under the impression that only one person would be in the room at a time, so I felt slightly uncomfortable when two men came in. I was then taken to the massage room, where the therapist applied black soap and scrubbed me with a kessa glove (which I later purchased as it was very good). Usually, in my experience, Hammam treatments are done entirely in one room, including the scrubbing, so this was a little different from what I’m used to. The Hammam part lasted roughly 35–40 minutes. Afterwards, I showered and then had a 60-minute Ultimate Relax full-body massage. My masseuse was lovely and the massage itself was very relaxing. Overall, my treatments came to Rs 6,555. Despite a few organisational and communication issues, the staff were kind and the massage was very relaxing overall, and I would return especially for the Hammam.
