Your Wild East tour begins with a hotel pick-up from your accommodation anywhere in Mauritius. Meet your certified guide and board a comfortable vehicle before heading to your first activity: quad biking to Pont Naturel.
Experience the thrill of quad biking through lush landscapes and discover the region’s endemic flora and fauna. Your guide will share insights about the area while navigating to hidden natural and historical sites.
Pont Naturel, meaning “natural bridge,” is a rock formation shaped by strong waves crashing against cliffs, creating a rugged natural bridge. You can cross the bridge with caution due to its uneven rock surface and occasional sea spray.
Afterward, travel to Mahebourg to explore the Mahebourg Waterfront, a traditional village area rich in local culture and history. Learn about the 1810 Battle of the Mauritius region and visit the Bataille de le Passe memorial that honors the fighters of the conflict.
Enjoy a three-course Mauritian lunch at a local restaurant, featuring fresh salads, rice, soup, chicken, fish, and vegetables.
