Description
Begin with hotel pickup anywhere on the island, then visit the Trou aux Cerfs extinct volcanic crater surrounded by lush forest. Here, observe native plants, giant green pines, and enjoy a 360-degree view of Curepipe and nearby mountains.
Next, explore the Grand Bassin Hindu Temple situated by the crater lake and learn about the Hindu community through the sacred Ganga Talao. Continue to the Black River Gorges viewpoint for panoramic views of the southern island landscapes and the Alexandra Waterfall.
Lunch is served at a local restaurant featuring a three-course Mauritian meal with fresh salads, rice, soups, chicken curry or fish, and vegetables.
In the afternoon, visit the Chamarel Seven Colored Earths geopark to see the highest waterfall in Mauritius with a 100-meter drop. Alternatively, choose the Valley des Couleurs at Chamouny to discover the 23 Colored Earths and local activities. The tour ends with a return transfer to your hotel.

- The 23 Colored Earth visit does not include Rhumerie de Chamarel or Seven Colored Earths; these are different routes.
- Rhumerie de Chamarel is closed on Sundays; an alternative visit will be arranged for Sunday bookings.
- The tour duration is approximately 6 to 8 hours.
- Hotel drop-off is around 5:00 PM.
- The tour may be postponed during inclement weather warnings issued by local authorities.
