Description
Your day begins with hotel pickup anywhere in Mauritius and transfer to Trou D'eau Douce. After meeting your certified guide, you board a catamaran at 9:15 AM for a cruise that starts at 9:30 AM. The crew provides local stories, music, and ensures a comfortable experience throughout.
The trip includes a visit to the Grand River South East waterfalls, reached by speedboat about 500 meters upstream. On the way, watch for monkeys on riverbanks and Mauritian fruit bats in the trees. After returning to the catamaran, sail through the lagoon to a snorkeling and swimming spot with vibrant coral reefs and fish.
Following snorkeling, enjoy a 3-course BBQ lunch on board or the beach, accompanied by drinks such as soft drinks, juice, water, beer, wine, and local rum.
The catamaran then sails to Ile aux Cerfs Island, known for palm trees and white sandy beaches along turquoise waters. Optional activities include parasailing, tube riding, and an undersea walk. You can also relax on the beach or explore the natural surroundings.
