**Please note that this tour includes Private land transportation, including Private hotel pickup and dropoff. There will be other travellers on the Ile aux Aigrettes and Glass Bottom Boat portions of the tour.** After your Private hotel pickup, you'll board a boat at Pointe Jérome, near the stunning village of Blue Bay. After a short boat ride you'll arrive at the coral island of Ile aux Aigrettes, Mauritius' most famous nature preserve. Marvel at the flora and fauna once considered on the verge of extinction on a 1.5 to 2-hour easy, guided hike with the rangers. Look for wildlife, such as giant tortoise and ornate day gecko. Next, you'll take a boat back to the mainland, before embarking on the second part of your journey: a Glass Bottom Boat ride in the stunning Blue Bay Marine Park. See the amazing marine life in this piece of paradise, and snorkel amongst topical fish in the marine park. After the adventure, it's time to relax at Blue Bay Beach: swim, suntan or walk along this magnificent white-sand beach. The cost of lunch isn't included, but you'll have the opportunity to stop for lunch. Typically guests complete the tour is 5-6 hours, but you'll have up to 8 hours (from hotel pickup to dropoff) if you'd like to spend longer at Blue Bay.Includes

- We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, a bottle of water and mosquito repellent for Ile aux Aigrettes. Due to the sensitive nature of the habitat, eating and swimming is not permitted in Ile aux Aigrettes. However, guests can swim and eat at Blue Bay Beach.
