An array of delectable delights all for you! Starting with a spectacular assortment of starters including a cheese display with Italian cold cuts, smoked marlin and smoked tuna with salsa verde as well as a choice of salads served with assorted crackers, seeded flatbreads and crusty baguette.

Try the freshest seafood on the island - West Coast oysters in half shells, sea urchins, fresh clams, pacific razor clams, half shells black mussels, poached peeled shrimps and cooked crab claws offered with apple and cider mayonnaise, cocktail sauce, lemon wedges and tabasco.

Take a stroll to our grilled section and try mouth-watering delights including: King prawns with garlic lemon butter, Grilled cajun calamari, Catch of the day and more! Or treat yourself to slow roasted lamb leg, roasted whole turkey, roasted beef sirloin at our fan-favourite carving stations.

We have cuisines from around the world... for something Asian try the roasted whole pork and crispy pork belly, red chicken curry or the assorted dim sum.
