🐟 FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 1 - Seafood BBQ
Venue - Le Bazar
Time - 18:30- 22:30

Dive in our sumptuous seafood buffet showcasing tantalizing coastal dishes.

🍴Culinary Highlights:

Start off with salads and crudities including squid salad with peppers, mussel and orange segments, Couscous with shrimps and more!

Try out the octopus carpaccio or tuna tartar and carpaccio and other delightful treats.

Our carving station features the delicious baked fish of the day and roasted whole chicken, or head over to the grill and try dorado fillets, shrimp skewers, Rosenberghi and more.

Something for everyone! Try our selection of delightful pasta dishes or head over to the Chinese corner to taste Oriental delights like Braised lamb, Chicken with dry chili, Seafood fried rice and more.

🍴Culinary Highlights:

Tantalize your tastebuds with a selection of appetizers including: Pulpo a la Gallega, Carabinero prawn ceviche, Smoked beetroot, rockmelon and goat cheese, Escalivada, Avocado and tuna tapas and more!

Head over to our live station to indulge in delectable Ibérico ham or try seafood ceviche, local rock oysters, beef carpaccio at the Raw Bar.

Nothing beats the fiery flavours of the Spanish Parrillada, feast on delectable Venison with Romesco sauce, Gambas al ajillo, Lamb skewers with salsa verde, Steak with tomato and pepper sauce and even more!

Paella cooked to perfection on the wood with shrimps, squid, mussels, chicken and peppers.

End the brilliant meal on a sweet note with treats from our dessert bar including a tres leches cake, Miguelitos and a churros’ station with condiments and sauces.

🌍 MONDAY, FEBRUARY 4 – Mediterranean buffet

Feast on our Mediterranean buffet on Monday night at Le Bazar!

🍴Culinary Highlights:

Start off with Middle Eastern classics like hummus, babaganoush, falafel, labneh, fatoush.

Treat yourself to succulent lamb cooked for 24-hours at our carving station or head over to the grill and indulge in white fish fillet, beef steak and chicken bbq.

Go all out, we have something for everyone! Try Couscous with lamb shank, chicken shawarma, braised pork, shrimp with pepper and chili, Chinese soup, Goan fish curry and even more!

Finish off the dinner with something sweet, try our pastry chef's specials on the night.

Enjoy the “Land of Rum” show – A fusion of the traditional local dance and music in Mauritius from 7:30 PM onwards whilst taking in the intricate flavours of the East.

🏮TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5 - Special Chinese New Year buffet

Happy Chinese New Year! Ring in the 'Year of the Pig' with a phenomenal buffet dinner at Le Bazar with flavours from the Orient transporting you Far East!

🍴Culinary Highlights:

Start off with grilled squid with papaya, lemon and chili or try the Teriyaki salmon and soba noodle amongst other delectables.

Feast on delicious octopus ceviche at the live station, choose from a variety of homemade dressings and condiments and cheeses at the cheese display.

Be transported to the Orient with delicacies like Yee sang (Cantonese-style raw fish salad), Tuna and salmon tataki, oysters and sea urchins, Vietnamese vegetable spring rolls and more.

Head over to the carving station and delight your senses with whole suckling pig and crispy pork belly, roasted Peking duck wrapped with pan seared foie gras, braised pork knuckle with Chinese wine and more.

A grand pasta selection including Pad Thai with beef, chicken or mix seafood and stir fried glass noodle.

Try delectables from the grill including our catch of the day, chicken stew, crispy tofu and beans sprout.
