Treat your taste buds with the Chef specialities: succulent duck breast with berry sauce prepared by Chef Jean-Francois. Chef Ahmad's delightful Risotto cooked with wild mushrooms and served with crispy vegetable and Chef Ong's spectacular steamed fish in banana leaves.

At Safran find our Giant Dum Briyani cooked by Chef Ramesh. A delectable venison curry cooked Indian style. Delight your palate with our farm-fed duck cooked in Masala tandoor style. Enjoy our special Naan (Indian Bread) filled with blue cheese and walnuts.

Delight your senses at our Western station enjoy roasted leg lamb baked in Rosemary & garlic topped with parmesan cream and our salmon cooked with Champagned and saffron sauce.

Definitely check our the legendary Cappucino d’oursin cooked Jacqueline Dalais’ style.

End the night on a sweet note with an variety of treats including baba au rum and a chocolate fountain with madeline variation in Pistachio, Passion fruit, Almond... and more!

🎵 Experience a mix of beats with the world-class entertainment with JS Quartet band featuring DJ Shehzad K on the decks, percussionist Julien Monasi, saxophonist Samuel Laval and violinist Joana Gentil. 🎵

The entire family can enjoy - Teens are welcome to join the brunch festivities with their family, and children between 4-12 can join our Kids Club with a special lunch for Rs 700.
