Be greeted with fresh tropical coconut when you arrive and sights of mouthwatering dishes from around the world!
Tantalize your taste buds with our chef specialties, that include Chef Jean-Francois's pan-seared foie gras on spice bread with apple sauce; Chef Ahmad's beef Wellington with port wine sauce, butternut purée and truffle oil, Chef Ong's whole pork on the spit and Chef Vasish's Blow torched Ombrine Temari and a selection of Maki, California rolls & Nigiri.
Explore our live preparation of burrata and mozzarella wrap with rocket leaves and parmesan and homemade pasta with a selection of sauces, or head to the terrines station for a fresh assortment of duck rillettes, venison, wild boar, smoked back bacon and more.
Other delightful delicacies include Fine de Claire oysters & sea urchins, sea shells display, oyster shooter, clams Marinière, sweet & sour prawns, razor shells, black mussels with garlic and lemon, poached fresh water prawns with pesto mayonnaise, peppers filled with cheese, and an authentic Spanish seafood paella.
End the jolly brunch with delicious sweet treats, including a homemade chocolate cheesecake, chocolate tart, chocolatine opera, chocolate fountain (fresh fruits selection, marshmallows), chocolate Swiss rolls and Barbe à papa.
The entire family can enjoy - Teens are welcome to join the brunch festivities with their family, and children between 4-12 can join our Kids Club with a special lunch for Rs 700.
