Thanks to all at La Maree restaurant, especially to the waitress and management who made us feel home in every why you can imagine. 10/10 for Abraham our waiter and Vidya head waitress orders, drinks when and how we wanted it on point. The perfect place to watch the sunset We visited La Marée for sunset drinks, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, and incredibly romantic, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the evening. Before our visit, I emailed Kumar to arrange a reservation, and he was incredibly helpful from the start. He reserved the perfect table for us with an amazing view of the sunset, which made the experience even more special. Thank you, Kumar, for your kindness and attention to detail. The sunset over the ocean was absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sky change from golden orange to deep blue while sitting right by the beach created an unforgettable setting. Even if you’re only stopping by for a drink, the view alone is worth the visit. The rest of the team was just as wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They even offered to take photos for us without us asking, which was such a thoughtful gesture and helped us capture beautiful memories together. La Marée is the perfect place if you’re looking for stunning sunset views, a peaceful and romantic atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. A special thank you again to Kumar and the entire team for making our evening so memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mauritius. 🌅🍹
Thank you to Rakesh, Sarita, Varsha, Aina and the whole team for looking after our family on holiday. We struggled to decide on food, which meant we kept coming back to try most things on the menu. The fish and seafood is incredible, very fresh, although not caught by Rakesh himself :-) Come rain or shine everything was amazing!
Breakfast, lunch and dinner available. Mostly sea food but also meat and vegetarian options available Food quality is great, the staff are lovely (Varsha, Abraham), and the views make the whole experience even better. We have came here almost everyday for lunch and some for dinner. It’s much better than the buffet. For all inclusive guests there is a 2500 MUR of credit per person for dinner and 2000 MUR for lunch.
