We recently stayed at One&Only Le Saint Géran as a family of four adults and one infant to celebrate a wedding anniversary, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Nitish at One&Only Resort. Although the resort did not meet my personal expectations and I decided not to proceed with my stay, Nitish handled the entire situation with exceptional professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He went above and beyond by offering me an upgrade, personally showing me the private villas, and doing everything he could to make my experience a positive one. Even though my booking was fully non-refundable, he managed to arrange a full refund, which was an incredible gesture of customer service and something I truly did not expect. While the resort itself was not the right fit for me, Nitish’s dedication, honesty, and commitment to guest satisfaction were outstanding. He is a true asset to One&Only, and I hope his efforts are recognized. Thank you, Nitish, for treating us with such respect and professionalism.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran Mauritius. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome with their kindness, warmth, and exceptional hospitality. The highlight of our stay was the unforgettable birthday surprise they arranged for our 7-year-old daughter. They prepared a beautiful birthday setup with balloons, a delicious cake, a thoughtful gift, and even printed one of our family photos and placed it on the table. It was such a heartfelt gesture that truly touched us and made her birthday incredibly special. A very special thank you to Varun and the entire service team for going above and beyond to create such beautiful memories for our family. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay truly unforgettable. We are deeply grateful for this amazing experience and cannot wait to come back. Highly recommended!
The One & Only Geran in Mauritius is one word. Spectacular. The location is set on a long atrip of beach where the sunset is incredible. And the beach bars make it truly magnificent experience to enjoy a drink & the sunset. The food is top tier- so many delicious choices. Everything we ate was terrific! Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. The rooms, the pools, the gym, mini golf, water sports… all incredible. But the most notable thing about this hotel is the staff. They are SO kind and SO helpful and do everything to make you feel like you are truly on vacation. They are the BEST!!!!! We have stayed at some incredible hotels around the world and I can not recommend the One & Only in Mauritius more!
An absolutely beautiful stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran. Rooms were spacious, elegant, and extremely well maintained. Service throughout the resort was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The location is simply breathtaking, with one of the most peaceful and scenic beachfront settings in Mauritius. The housekeeping team was excellent, restaurants were very well managed, and the overall hospitality made us feel truly comfortable as a family. Every department seemed perfectly coordinated and handled with great attention to detail. A truly memorable experience, and definitely a place we would love to visit again.
