Reviews
We paid €121 + €6 tourist tax, so a total of €127 per night including breakfast. The price/performance ratio was poor (see further details). Payment was only possible in euros, and everything (!) had to be paid in advance. I've stayed in many accommodations and have never experienced anything like this. Upon arrival, we were surprised by a construction site next door. This hadn't been communicated to us beforehand, a request for a partial refund was refused, and the promised noise restrictions of 10 am to 4 pm were not observed. When we asked why we hadn't been informed about the construction in advance, we were told that they themselves only found out about it in December. If I were the accommodation provider, I would have immediately informed my guests and offered cancellation or discount options. Breakfast on-site is mediocre, and some of the staff are unfriendly and unenthusiastic. If you order the breakfast package, you receive a "breakfast lite" (i.e., even less than usual), which is stored in the refrigerator. For €12 per person for breakfast, I expected significantly more. On the day of our departure, I specifically requested a takeaway breakfast that we could take to the airport. I explicitly stated that we didn't want juice or fruit/yogurt in a glass, but rather a baguette with an omelet. However, we received the juice and fruit/yogurt in a glass, but NO omelet with a baguette. Instead, we got four small slices of cake. Again, charging €12 per person for this is outrageous. Breakfast is only offered between 8:30 and 10:00. Furthermore, there are cockroaches (thankfully only the small kind, but a cockroach is a cockroach) on the property, which, logically, get into the apartment or swim around in the pool if the windows/doors are open.
Very nice room and perfect location, close to main town and beaches. Unfortunately some construction works were ongoing causing some noise but the owner tried her best to mitigate the issue.
