Their hospitality goes above and beyond—a truly exceptional gesture is that even if you arrive after dinner time (on half or full board), they will save some food for you. This level of personal care is highly appreciated. Overall, the food and service were great. Accommodation and Location: The rooms and the entire compound are clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to the beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful coastline. Important Policies and Tips: As a small guesthouse, La Margarita has some specific rules that guests should be aware of: Smoking Policy: You are not allowed to smoke on your private balcony. You must come down to a designated smoking area. Visitors: Visitors are not permitted in your room. You can only host guests in the common area downstairs. The drawback here is that this area often has a lot of bird nests, which can make the space a bit messy. Keys: Remember the polite, old-school rule: don't forget to leave your key at the reception every time you leave the hotel. Parking: Parking is hassle-free, with a few spaces available in front of the hotel and a lot of parking next to the containers located right next door.
