The InterContinental Mauritius Resort Balaclava is a five-star resort with an all-inclusive option that boasts a number of family-friendly attractions, spacious accommodations and is directly on the beach. Deluxe Terrace Jacuzzi Ocean Facing Rooms are sized at 56m2 with a contemporary island décor. There is a choice of bedding, integrated living area with sofa, mini bar, twin vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower, state-of-the-art-technology and a private 33m2 terrace that boasts a Jacuzzi with panoramic views of the gardens and pool area or the ocean.

Presidential Duplex Suites have 300m2 on two-levels of living space with a master bedroom and features a contemporary island décor. There is a king size bed, separate living area with sofa, dining area, kitchen, mini bar, powder room, twin vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower and state-of-the-art-technology. RESTAURANTS & BARS

The resort has four restaurants serving everything from international buffets to casual and fine dining.

Senso is the main buffet restaurant with live cooking stations serving breakfast and themed buffets in the evening as well as live entertainment nightly; Segala Restaurant prepares Mauritian specialties for all three meals from an a la carte menu; Veda Restaurant has contemporary Indian cuisine for dinner and the Noble House serves up Asian Fusion dishes in a fine dining atmosphere in the evening.

The Sugar Cane Bar is situated in the pool area offering hand crafted cocktails, a snack menu during the day and a live pancake station for happy hour. There are two more bars on the property serving libations and beverages.

SPA InterContinental offers seven treatment rooms, a steam room, sauna and a beauty salon. The spa features more than 50 Ayurvedic inspired massages and treatments.

ACTIVITIES

Situated on a private beach area overlooking the Balaclava Bay, guests have access to umbrellas and loungers at the beach area.
