Grand Bay Suites
Visit the Hindu Temple, Tamil Surya Oudaya Sangam or go to the La Croisette Shopping Mall. There’s plenty of nightlife here too.
ROOMS
There are 25 rooms at Grand Bay Suites, some with pool views. Every room has a dining area and a kitchen. All the kitchens are fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, and kettle.
Outside each room is a barbecue and there is a mini-market next door to the suites so you can buy your groceries easily.
Each suite is 60m2, has air conditioning, and a flat screen TV.
The housekeeping here is excellent and bedding is changed every two days. The chambermaids are all friendly and work to a high standard. There is also a laundry service which is free.

RESTAURANT
There isn’t a restaurant at Grand Bay Suites, but there are plenty of places to eat in Grand Baie, some even within walking distance. You will find a mixture of traditional Mauritian food and international cuisine.
ACTIVITIES
There is a small swimming pool here just for the use of guests and Grand Baie Beach is only 900 meters away. The pool is open year-round. There is also a shared lounge/TV area where you can get to meet fellow guests and perhaps make new friends.
The staff can arrange activities for you such as snorkelling, fishing, and diving.
OTHER FACILITIES
There is free Wi-Fi at reception and around the pool, but none in the rooms.
Car hire is available at the property, but if you prefer to use public transport, the bus stop is just a minute’s walk away.
You can rest assured that the hotel is safe as there is a security guard on duty all the time.
