Coin de Mire Attitude
You get the best of both worlds here as on one side of the hotel is the fishing village Cap Malheureux where you can catch a glimpse of local life. On the other side is the lively village of Grand Baie where you can shop to your hearts' content.
Opposite the hotel is the spectacular rock, Coin de Mire, one of the best views on the island.
The hotel has a beautiful garden which is well worth wandering through taking in the atmosphere. Here you will find tropical plants, flowers, as well as geckos and brightly coloured birds.
Coin de Mire Attitude is 3-star and caters for adults, families, and solo travellers. It is possible to book an all-inclusive package here, meaning you don’t have to worry about extra costs.
ROOMS
There are 122 rooms in the hotel. All have a mini bar, air conditioning and satellite TV. In addition, there is a furnished terrace or balcony where you can sit and sip a cool drink as you take in the views.
There are three types of room, the superior, the deluxe, and the deluxe family. The first two are suitable for two adults and one child or three adults, while the deluxe family room can accommodate two adults and two children or three adults.

RESTAURANTS & BAR
The main restaurant in the hotel is called La Paillote and is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets. At lunch and dinner you are treated to live cooking buffets and in the evening there is also a lobster menu on offer.
If you are a vegetarian, you will be well catered for in Taba-j which is open for lunch and afternoon tea and serves the type of food sold out on the streets in Mauritius.
Don’t worry if you are a meat eater as there will still be plenty of choices for you too. Kot Nou is open in the evenings and serves a delicious selection of typically Mauritian food.
There is one bar at the hotel, La Belle Vue which is open from 8 a.m. until midnight and overlooks one of the swimming pools. It’s a very romantic place to sip a cocktail and watch the sun set before dinner.
SPA
Do you feel in need of being spoilt? If so, head over to Spa Attitude. Here, in one of the three treatment rooms, you can enjoy a massage, a facial, or body care. Be prepared to be pampered with natural essential oils and to come out feeling completely rejuvenated in both body and mind.
ACTIVITIES
If you get fed up of lying in the sun or sightseeing, there’s plenty of activities at the hotel to keep you occupied. It’s a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. To start with, there are two swimming pools, kayaks, and pedal boats. If you want to see the wonders of the deep, take a trip on the glass bottom boat.
At an extra cost you can go for a trip on a catamaran, PADI diving, kite surfing, stand up paddle boarding, and deep sea fishing.
If you like to keep your feet firmly on the ground, have a game of tennis, visit the gym, or play darts, petanque, or a board game. Bicycles are an optional extra, but you can get to see a lot of local life.
If you have kids there is a club for three to twelve year olds. They will be kept entertained all day with treasure hunts in the garden, storytelling, shows, colouring, and dress-up play, not to mention having some supervised time in the swimming pool. Both you and the kids will be able to experience the holiday of their dreams.
OTHER FACILITIES
There is entertainment four evenings a week when you will be able to enjoy local culture.
