Then East meet West: Braised sea bass fillet in jasmine tea and lemongrass infusion, Thai yellow curry, wok fried soy beans, almonds and tamarind glaze.

Duck breast glazed with coffee and soy, caramelized onion with kefir leaves Roasted Butternut and coriander pesto.
