On Wednesday 10 March, our Arabian chef Ahmed Elgamil is bringing to our shores the tastes of authentic Middle East cuisine with hearty dishes.

The dynamic food theater venue of Le Bazar features a large show kitchen where you will be able to witness the live show of our talented chefs. The marketplace atmosphere will make you feel at home.

Culinary highlights will include:

Starters : Hummus, baba ghanoush, mouhamara, moutabel, stuffed vine leaves, chickpea salad, eggplant moussaka salad, couscous salad, eggplant fatteh, harra (mushroom, potato & prawn) and a selection of tabbouleh

Soups: Cumin spiced lentil soup with fried Arabic bread & lemon wedges and Moroccan harrira soup with dates & lemon wedges

Live station: Mini arayes (hawawshi), chicken shawarma, falafel bar and sambousa
Carving station: Whole roasted baby ouzi lamb with oriental rice, fried onions & nuts and whole baked fish with harra sauce

Main courses: Backed milk rice, Egyptian chicken potato, Moroccan seafood tagine, Moroccan veg couscous and Moroccan chicken tagine

Grill station: Lamb kofta, lamb kebab, shish tawouk, beef steak, halloumi cheese, fish, calamari, assorted vegetable skewer

Desserts: Om Ali, oriental rice pudding, date tart, mouhalabia, baklava, kunafeh, basbousa and Arabic pan cake stuffing with nuts

Please note - this is a culinary experience only and does not include access to the beach and pool facilities. Guests will have access to Le Bazar restaurant only until 22:00.

With prior reservations, guests can join us earlier from 17:30 for drinks at the bar (Not included in the dinner package and payable directly at the bar)
