Long Beach Mauritius, committed to bringing world-class gourmet cuisine to its guests has invited the two Michelin-starred French Chef, Michel Portos to craft dishes inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, the Gironde terroir with a fine touch of Mauritius.
On the evenings of 26th , 27th and 28th April, guests and Mauritian gastronomes will have the opportunity to embark on a gastronomic journey at Sapori with a 5-course menu crafted by the esteemed culinary artist.

About Chef Michel Portos: Beginning his career in Bordeaux, France, and training alongside esteemed chefs, Portos honed his talent for culinary technique, execution and creativity. His menu combines the art of simplicity with basic ingredients at the core of his dishes, with a twist of modern cooking methods – creating a fusion of unique and distinctive flavors. He currently iis the Chef Owner of the brasserie Le Malthazar in Marseille.
