The invitation is sent to all comedy fans, to come see the unmissable Franco-Moroccan humorist, Jamel Debbouze, Saturday, January 26, 2019, from 20 pm on the scene of the SVICC.
Six years after his triumph in Mauritius, it's the big return of the king of the stand-up. Jamel Debbouze, one of Mauritians' favorite comedians, will perform, for the delight of his many fans, on stage for a single 'Maintenant ou Jamel' show at 8 pm on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at the Swami Vivekananda International Convention Center (SVICC) of Straws. This one-man-show is organized by Inbox Communication in collaboration with MCine.
Always sharp, aerial, sparkling eye and radiant smile, Jamel is fair and takes an essential look at French society. Between personal life and current affairs, he talks about the education of his children that he can not help but compare to his own. He dismantles the power games, tells us about uninhibited racism. From his father to Donald Trump, from his children to the school psychologist to Le Marrakesh du Rire, all the subjects are dealt with that tone and impertinence that make him unique and funny.
The artist will not fail to add a Mauritian sauce to his show. If you want to laugh, it's Maintenant ou Jamel!
