For the 4th edition of La Table Blanche, our culinary experts have let their creativity leads the way for a refined seafood evening, by the beach of Republik Beach Club & Grill. 

Join us for this exclusive La Table Blanche, a gathering around 50 persons only, around a tasteful evening by the shores of the ocean. 

If seafood is more your style, you will be spoiled with savoury and quality seafood- unmatched at any level! 
Saturday 27 February
From 19:00 at Republik Beach Cub & Grill 
Rs. 4,900 per person with wine pairing
From 19:00, feet in the sand, sip a cocktail while you watch the orange and blue skies fade out before you tuck in at the table at 19:45 for an indulgent ocean-front dining. 

The delicious seafood dishes will be paired with the finest wines (including selected organic wines). 
An inarguably excellent menu awaits you:
• Selection of snacks (palmist salad with smoked seafood mousse and sea urchin chips, rock lobster profiterole, mini crab cake,…)
• Picnic box (Clams, periwinkles, rova caviar, slow cooked tiger prawns, diver scallops, fine de Claire oysters)
• Main courses (Bouillabaisse Marseillaise, roasted lobster, dos de Cabillaud, Rouger fish filet, foie gras,…)
• Dessert (Death by Chocolate)
