We' re back with another edition of the island barbecue on Ilot Mangénie, every third Saturday of the month from March 2020, and to feast on mouth-watering treats as the music fills the air! ♫

🍴A culinary journey for foodies to savour as they listen to the serene sounds of the waves, sip on some chilled rosé wine and sway to the lively jazz beats 🌊 ☀️ 🎷

Culinary highlights:
- A board served at the table composed of Saffron and garlic Aioli & Hot garlic and herbs bread
- Cold station with sea urchins & local oysters
- A mix of salad displayed on ice
- Live station with Mauritian gajacks such as prawn beignets, samosas, chili bites
- All-time favourite heart of palm salad with cherry tomato and cilantro
- Halim cooked in front of you with green onion and chili
- Live “On The Spit’ : Wild boar & lamb
- A large display of seafood with a selection of whole fish, tiger prawns and calamari
- A traditional BBQ Station including fish skewers, marinated tiger shrimps, Calamari with Cajun and fresh lemon juice, lamb skewers with cinnamon & pineapple, Beef skewers with mushrooms and vegetables, Chicken skewers with citrus & a selection of sausages
- Desserts: Selection of 7 variety of tarts, raspberry moist cake, brownies, honey & cinnamon cake, Ice cream

Rs. 1,800 per person (no beverages)
Top up your package with unlimited rosé wine at Rs. 2,500 per person.
