Sun Resorts introduces you to the House of the Sun: Every Friday and Saturday night, as the sun goes down, the volume is turned up and Mauritius’ most en-vue DJs come together with musicians or vocalists to bring Balearic tunes to our shores.
This weekend’s line-up is as follows:
Friday 15th June - 21:00 to 23:00 - House of the Sun - Emmanuel Savannah ft Nel Bucktowar
Emmanuel Savannah is a DJ and a fairly new aspiring producer equipped with talents, energetic spirits and a steely determination to succeed. Passionate about Hip-hop, his musical aspirations initially started with House, Funky, Electro, Sexy Beats and Tribal music. Emmanuel keeps himself up to date with the music trends and demands and is currently renowned for Deep House, Tech House, Electro House and Progressive House.
Nel Bucktowar is one of the leading jazz artists in Mauritius. He holds a bachelor degree in contemporary music majoring in saxophone and minor as contemporary guitar. He was also a teacher in music theory, saxophone, recorder and guitar at the conservatoire Fréderic Chopin from 2009 to 2012. Nel Bucktowar is the representative of renowned saxophone brand Pmauriat in Mauritius.
