On the 29th June, set in Brasserie Chic restaurant at the Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, enjoy a unique gourmet evening showcasing the combination between fine cuisine, prepared by Chef Nizam Peeroo and fine wine from Haute Cabrière wine estate presented by Pascaline Chettiar, sommelier expert of 1952 - Eastern Trading.
A 4 course set menu will be paired with the best of Haute Cabrière. Each course, from seafood with Tobiko caviar to gingerbread coated foie gras will be perfectly paired with a specific wine to create an authentic culinary moment.
