New Show « Le monde appartient à ceux qui le fabriquent »
Don't Worry Be Noichi! A legend says that God created the world in 6 days and that he rested on the 7th in order to leave the finishing touches to the Chinese. Between acidity, frank talk, commitment and improvisation, Bun Hay Mean will take you on a journey ... in his head. He prepares you the best of the best because his valves are not counterfeit.
Bun Hay Mean was born to a Chinese mother and a Cambodian father, they settled in France in 1977, in the Bordeaux suburbs. It was when he was a teenager that he started writing sketches and doing stand-ups in the various cafes of Bordeaux. At the same time as his studies, he took improvisation lessons.
He then began to perform in cafes and restaurants in Paris until being quickly spotted by Alain Degois, alias Papy, founder of the theatrical company of Déclic Théâtre. He notably met Kyan Khojandi and Jamel Debbouze there. The latter will offer him to integrate season 7 of his show, the Jamel Comedy Club in 2014.
Bun Hay Mean then really made himself known on the Parisian scene and that same year put on his first show, Chinois Marrant. This first show was a hit for several years in Paris, then in regions and internationally (Canada, Asia, Tahiti Nouméa ...) where it was a real success. He completes this first opus with two complete Grand Rex in 2019.
His new show « Le monde appartient à ceux qui le fabriquent » was a real success at New Eve, sold out for 3 months. It was played at the Palais des Glaces until mid-March 2020. And now in Mauritius!
