Culinary Highlights! 

Foodies can find sweet water prawns flambéed with spices and rum at Le Bazar! Or delicious offerings await you at our Western corner: Cote de boeuf, Catch of the day with champagne sauce and fried oyster or Roasted venison leg with ‘grand veneur’ sauce.

Delight your senses at Safran restaurant with our duck magret tikka and venison curry, or be amazed by our blow torched Ombrine temari and spicy tuna tartare with crispy rice at Kushi.

As always, discover the amazing specialties of our different Chefs :
Chef Francois’ beef carpaccio with shaved truffle and asparagus and Chef Ong’s traditional pan fried Chinese carrot cake. A selection of pasta and Ravioli del Devendra also awaits you!

For dessert, you will be pampered with our French collection comprising of Eclair, Mille feuilles, Flan Parisien, Religieuse, Opera and much more...

Teens are welcome to join the brunch festivities with their family, and children between 4-12 can join our Kids Club with a special lunch for Rs 700.
