Born on the islet of Mauritius and bred in Quatre-Bornes, playing in his 1st rock band at the age of 15 with a group of school mates. An odd, hip-hop fanin the hard rock-dominated late 90’s, Brainlove gravitated towards the turntable/mixer setup of the hip-hop DJ over the guitars, bass, and drums of his peers. He worked his way through hip-hop's early years into house music where his tuneful voyage begins in early year of 2000. Over his stay in London town, he earned a municipal acquaintance to prolong his sound library by adding a diversity of genres like electronica, global bass, world, dub, jazz, blues, funk, trip-hop, organic beats & many more. He correspondingly frolicked at numerous house parties, bars like Revolution, Slug & Lettuce and pubs such as winter Taverns and summer British beer gardens in London town until mid-2010, when he soiled the homelands.
